ASSEMBLY
The assembly is the set of operations to join the various components in order to create a product (accessory) and represents an important operation of the process , that leads from the design phase to the final testing phase.
The assembly phase requires various types of operations: coupling of elements, screwing, pressing, the use of adhesives and the need to carry out intermediate checks and tests.
During the assembly phase, the operations necessary to create a specific product are carried out by expert operators with the help of specific tools and equipment.
PACKAGING AND SHIPMENTS
in addition to the quality developed and certified for our customers, we are equipped with machinery that takes care of the individual packaging of each component;
the finished products are manually loaded into the machines one at a time and individually sealed to ensure the integrity of each individual component until it arrives at its destination.
